Long time tennis shoe maker K-Swiss has added some new fire to their classic collection. Scroll for pics.
In 1966 two Swiss brothers moved to California to create a footwear brand focused on tennis. As avid skiers and tennis players, the brothers took inspiration from leather ski boots to create a court shoe that supported the aggressive side-to-side movement of tennis. Introduced in 1966, the K-Swiss Classic was the first all-leather tennis shoe. The K-Swiss Classic quickly gained worldwide acclaim and became a style statement both on and off the court. Just over 50 years later, K-Swiss has a new mission to outfit and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs with new collections designed to ignite to the spirit.
When you look at the collection as a whole it’s a little overwhelming. There seems to be something for everyone. If we were to single out one pair the easy choice is the classic, but we’re gonna switch it up and focus on this Gen-K Icon Knit CEO. This premium knit sneaker is designed for a new class of up-and-comers and entrepreneurs who are driven by their passions and lead with style.
