In 1989 Ewing Athletics became the first independent basketball brand when Patrick Ewing became the first professional basketball player to have his own shoe company. In 2012 he relaunced the brand and today it’s still bring the heat that put them on the map back in the day.
The Focus made its debut in 1993. At the time this one the brand’s most advanced models and it showed on the court when Partick Ewing had one of the best season of his career while wearing it. It features an ankle cross strap system with neoprene upper inserts and a lightweight textured EVA midsole for cushioning. This particular colorway is also ready for winter with a wheat upper and gold and gum accents.
