Be Invincible with the Concept Capone/Noreaga “The Reunion” from Ewing Athletics

Ewing Athletics just dropped a new sneaker dubbed the CONCEPT Black/Camo Capone & Noreaga THE REUNION to commemorate the hip hop duo’s iconic second album.

In 1989 Ewing Athletics became the first independent basketball brand when Patrick Ewing became the first professional basketball player to have his own shoe company. In 2012 he relaunced the brand and today it’s still bring the heat that put them on the map back in the day.

Ewing Athletics is on fire recently and the brand has been releasing new kicks inspired by legendary rappers and groups including Big Punisher, Pimp C and EPMD. They just dropped another limited-edition concept sneaker that pays tribute to Capone-N-Noreaga’s second album “The Reunion”. “I’m super excited to have collaborated with the Ewing brand to commemorate the anniversary of “The Reunion”’ album,” one half of the group, Capone, said. “Being a true Knick fan, this is a dream come true.” Meanwhile NORE just nods his head in agreement. On a side note, these kicks would be straight fire when worn with a pair of the Strapped Up Utility Pants from 8&9 if they still have some left.
