Fucking Awesome was founded in 2001 by skate legend Jason Dill and longtime friends Mike Piscitelli and Anthony Van Engelen. Due to the boldness of the brand’s name, it’s sometimes referred to as simply “FA”. FA has collaborated with brands mega brands like Vans, Adidas, and Independent Trucks. Not only does they support skateboarding, they’re also into hockey and sponsor a team in each sport. Ignoring the streetwear industry norms of releasing quarterly collections, Fucking Awesome releases very limited drops whenever they feel like it. Because of their unapologetic authenticity, FA has grown to be one of the most well-respected brands among today’s skaters and streetwear enthusiasts.
