We’ve been waiting for a new Contera colorway and this Tanami from Clearweather is right on point.
Clearweather is a Southern California based brand and the product of footwear design brothers Josh and Brandon Brubaker. Over the years the brothers Brubaker have built the Clearweather brand as an expression of their lifestyle and as a recreation of classics for the future. The Clearweather mission is to create clever footwear designs with premium materials for Men, Women, and Kids. Today the brand represents a combined 30 years of experience in footwear design engineering for brands such as Vans, Converse, Supra, Etnies, éS, and Creative Recreation.
Continuing to build on Clearweather’s interpretation of the natural world the Contera was created for training. This Tanami colorway takes heavy influence from the Tanami dessert in the Northern section of Australia. The White sand dunes and rocky soil are reflected on the upper of the Contera with neutral beige tones in leather and hairy suede. Contera’s run true to size so no need to order up. So technically Clearweather is calling this a pre-order, but from what we can gather these are in stock as of today and GTG.
