Streetwear brand Prps just released another collection of one of a kind caps in collaboration with Creative King.
Back in 2002, Prps single handedly started the rise of the Japanese luxury denim jeans business in America. The brand revolutionized washed & selvedge jeans, through constant research and development, changing the face of fashion as we know it. The RePrps/Artisans Program is a collaborative design initiative focused on highlighting sustainability, while supporting burgeoning artisans and makers. This is actually the 6th collaboration between Prps x Creative King and they continue to use iconic Prps designs repurposed into one of kind hats that don’t stay on the shelves.
This Navy Utility Hat was created using navy twill utility pants. The panels were cutout and sewn back together to form abstract shapes. It features the brand’s “Bruised, Never Broken” slogan on one side, which couldn’t be more appropriate for these troubles times, a standard brim and an embroidered Prps Purple Cherub.
